A different kind of to-do list

Fall can be a busy time for many people. Upper back and shoulder pain

A recent client has been struggling for some time with upper back and shoulder pain. After only one session of the Rolf Method of Structural Integration, there was a big improvement. Barbara Jean did her scar work magic on two surgical scars. One was on my shoulder and one on my shin. Both scars were much smoother and less noticeable after her work. The scar on my shoulder was particularly ugly. After her work, the lumps are gone and the angry red color is now close to my normal skin color.
