Barbara Jean Conti

Despite a wise massage therapist’s suggestion to Barbara to visit a Rolfer®, it took her a long time to come around to the idea. She hopes that you will not make the same mistake. When she finally did get a 10-session series, she was amazed at the positive changes she felt in her body. Chronic back and arm pains vanished. She felt light on her feet when running – a big change from her usual, plodding gait.

After considering several options for working outside the cubicle, Barbara decided to pursue training at the Guild for Structural Integration because of the impressive results she experienced from this work.

Barbara maintains a part-time bodywork practice. She is dedicated to manual therapy and your well-being. She wants you to experience the benefits of bodywork that is centered on your specific needs.

Barbara’s Training

Barbara has over 1,000 hours of training from the Guild for Structural Integration.

The Guild for Structural Integration was initially founded and named by Dr. Ida P. Rolf in the mid-1960s. The Guild was re-established in 1989 by a group that included two of the first trainers selected by Dr. Rolf to teach her method.
