MASK POLICY

Masks are recommended.

SCENT POLICY

For the comfort of other clients, please refrain from using products containing fragrance / perfume prior to your session.

DIVERSITY POLICY

We strive to provide a hospitable environment that embraces diversity. We welcome all clients regardless of race, religion, national origin, gender, or orientation.

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOWS POLICY

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies apply.

All clients are provided one free missed session.

Provide 24 hours advance notice to cancel an appointment. In the event of illness or emergency, please notify Barbara by email or text message. Any future cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment start time and no-shows will be charged the full amount of the service. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

WORKING WITH MINORS POLICY

Clients who are age 18 or under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the cost of a “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
