Mobility exercise
Mobility exercises improve both strength and flexibility. They can help reduce stiffness and the risk of injury. Ten minutes of yoga or tai chi - done several times a week - can make a big difference!
It’s better to do a shorter routine more often than a long program only once a week. You can do mobility exercises first thing in the morning, as a break during the day, or before bed. If you are planning an exercise session, they can be a warm up.
